I was pleasantly surprised by the service at Edge. I took my spec Miata in to get a corner balance, ride height adjustment, and alignment. As a first time racer, they answers all of my questions with the right level of detail. They helped me out with some alignment specs that others have used successfully in the past for spec Miata. The service was completed same day. They accommodated a last minute request to mount / balance a set of race tires - they knew that these tires in particular were directional and labeled them accordingly (even taped the wheel weights on). After completing the work, they wrote up a comprehensive report of other items that they found during the process and attached the alignment specs. I was extremely impressed with how thorough they were. The cherry on top was that they even gave me a discount because it took them less time than they originally budgeted. The final bill was transparent. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will recommend to friends and family.

Great customer service! Derek at the front office did a great job explaining their inspection process and all that is involved with it before I set a foot in the door. I’m just a daily driver, but my mechanic insists on taking my car to EDGE because of their thoroughness. They are not only thorough, they explain all the issues so you have a good understanding of the work being done as well as issues to watch out for in the future. And if you’re from out of the area and have a long wait time, the loaner car they provide let’s you take care of errands nearby while you wait. All in all, outstanding customer service!

Highly recommend this place if you are a BMW owner. The customer service at this place is top notch. Derek took the time to explain every problem with my car and answer my questions in detail. The management here is extremely honest. They helped save about $1500 on a repair. I took my car for an overheating problem. They diagnosed it as a failing water pump but also informed me about a settlement with BMW and a possible extended warranty for the cooling system of some BMW models that included mine as well. I contacted the BMW dealership and learned that they will fix it free of charge under the extended warranty!
