I’ve had a long running chronic problem with my car and the guys at Edge have been very helpful in debugging it and they remain positive and helpful I like bringing my M3 to them because they have a lot of experience with these not-so-common cars and their unique parts not shared with regular BMW 3-Series

Great customer service! Derek at the front office did a great job explaining their inspection process and all that is involved with it before I set a foot in the door. I’m just a daily driver, but my mechanic insists on taking my car to EDGE because of their thoroughness. They are not only thorough, they explain all the issues so you have a good understanding of the work being done as well as issues to watch out for in the future. And if you’re from out of the area and have a long wait time, the loaner car they provide let’s you take care of errands nearby while you wait. All in all, outstanding customer service!

Highly recommend this place if you are a BMW owner. The customer service at this place is top notch. Derek took the time to explain every problem with my car and answer my questions in detail. The management here is extremely honest. They helped save about $1500 on a repair. I took my car for an overheating problem. They diagnosed it as a failing water pump but also informed me about a settlement with BMW and a possible extended warranty for the cooling system of some BMW models that included mine as well. I contacted the BMW dealership and learned that they will fix it free of charge under the extended warranty!

I was having an issue with my car’s clutch hydraulic system and after a BMW specialist shop near my home told me they don’t work on models as old as mine, they were still kind enough to direct me toward the crew at Edge Motorworks, which I’m glad they did. I made the appointment, dropped off my car, and knew it was in good hands. Anthony was very straight forward about what they would need to do to my car and emailed me a solid outline of their billing and warranty policies which are honestly phenomenal. While they had my car, they were sure to update me on the status of my work order as well as their inspection notes paired with corresponding photos to make sure I was aware of my car’s condition. Overall, from checking the car in to picking it up, the communication was thorough, honest, and pretty quick. It’s good to know that if I have any other issues with my car down the road that the crew at Edge Motorworks is there.

I own a rare 2006 Mini GP1 that the previous owner didn’t really take care of. I was referred to Edge from NorCalMinis as I wanted to find a mechanic familiar with this rare car. Derek and team spent two days thoroughly inspecting every aspect of the car. They provided me with a detailed overview with photos/videos as well as recommendations. The work done was amazing and they have earned my business!
