I have been a long time customer of EdgeMotorWorks. I can say with a high degree of certainty that they have always done right by the customer. Multiple times they have given me guidance in what i am trying to accomplish not just service my cars. They work hard and care about the quality of their work. I would never go anywhere else.

Edge did an oil change for me and I also had them look at small noise I was getting in my front suspension. Not only did they check all the front suspension components and determined it was a slightly worn left shock (no safety issue) but they identified several oil leaks that needed to be fixed. I have an extended warranty so I was able to get the leaks addressed separately but Edge was the shop that identified the issues for me. And even though they weren't going to do the work, they referred me to a good BMW SA to take care of it under warranty. Their post service report was extremely detailed and very helpful. Highly recommended!

I drove a 2007 MINI Cooper S manual from 2009-2014. EDGE Dublin serviced my car since 2010, so I was excited they opened another location closer to home. Tony took care of my MINI in Dublin, so it was great to have him fix my car in Fremont. Every time my car needed repairs, Gordon and Tony would point out issues to monitor. Tony is very thorough and meticulous. MINIs leak oil. Tony was aware of my MINI leaking oil when it was serviced at EDGE Dublin. He did his best to continue monitoring the leaks, however it got to the point where he honestly felt the oil leaks were not worth the money and time to fix. He said I should sell my car before needing another major repair. I should have listened to Tony. My clutch burned out at 85,000 miles, so I got rid of it. I now drive a Prius, so I miss having EDGE service my car.
