My interaction with edge motor works and Derek in particular, has been exceptional. Having used many mechanics through out the bay area, I'm happy to have found my go to. They have gone above and beyond everytime in regards to customer service and the quality of work. Going as far as to diagnose and fix a persistent misfire, when I brought it in for a cracked expansion tank. They know their craft and it shows. I look forward to my next maintenance or upgrade on my 2008 135i.

The staff is very customer service oriented and friendly I would much rather take my car to get fixed at Edge Motorwerks than to the dealership, not only that but they make sure that you know what's going on every step of the way, I was provided with updates, photos and descriptions, and clear explanations, great work.

Derek was very responsive. He explained every part of the process clearly. He walked through which parts needed to be replaced and why. He clearly communicated delays and managed expectations. I also appreciate the 50,000/4 Year warranty that Edge offers.

I was introduced to this place through another shop. They have treated me like family ever since and no matter how silly my questions are, Derek will always indulge me and give me useful tips. I don't know any other place that is as knowledgeable or as welcome as Edge Motorworks. They have taken care of my M3 like no other and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
