Absolutely the best service

I first came to Edge a year and a half ago for some routine maintenance and a suspension refresh on a 16 year old 325i BMW. Derek worked with me on a plan for both routine maintenance and the suspension refresh, but due to the number of outstanding maintenance items, we prioritized those first. During the process, Derek provided detailed information and prioritization of the findings and kept me up to date to the repair status of my vehicle. Even though my own expectations for completion of the maintenance items was simply to keep the car running reliably, some of my longstanding, peripheral concerns (rough idling, inconsistent starts) were also solved, and that gave me confidence that the plan Derek helped put together for me was solid. A year later and a half later, I came back for the suspension work; and once again felt reassured with the quality of advice that I received from Derek. We went ahead with the front M3 OEM control arms installation + alignment. The installation was completed on time. and like last time, I was kept informed during the entire process. Since picking up and test driving the car, the steering for the car is more accurate and responsive, and I'm very pleased with the results. After these two service experiences, my assessment is that the people at Edge are experienced, knowledgeable, detailed oriented, and care about their craft. I'm looking forward to visiting again.

I recently brought my '03 Z4 in for several maintenance items and an intermittent issue with the clutch. The shop was incredibly detailed and communicative while they had my car. The knowledge and expertise were apparent during several back and forth on the various items I had questions about. Both Anthony and Derek provided thoughtful recommendations. The quality of the work performed was excellent. Easily the best experience with a shop I've had, can't recommend any higher.

Absolutely amazing team of people who are experienced and know their stuff. I am amazed at what they were able to do with my 540 and are the best car workshop I have ever seen or heard of.

They are very knowledgeable about BMWs; they are true enthusiasts, having track support programs and taking their own cars to tracks days. Therefore I trust them to repair and prep my car for both street and occasional AutoX events. I met with Derek, who kept me updated on the progress of the repair and sent me photos. They are open minded about modifications and DIYers asking all sorts of questions. If you have a project car, they are a great shop to build relationships with.
