I took my BMW to Edge Motorworks in Fremont due to a friend’s recommendation. As per the dealership, my car needed to have the front bushings replaced. Not only did the estimate come in lower than the dealership, the quality of service received was excellent compared to mediocre service at large dealerships. Phone calls were always promptly returned and Gordon took the time to explain all issues in detail. At dealerships you have to talk to service advisors that don’t have in-depth mechanical knowledge and the entire experience feels like a fast food drive-through whereas at Edge, you are dealing with motor sport pros that build race cars. He also diagnosed a broken computer box cooling fan that the dealership should have caught, but didn’t. I highly recommend Edge Motorworks and most importantly, this is a shop you can trust.
