EDGE Motorworks is a fantastic BMW indy repair shop! I brought in an E60 5-Series for a pre-purchase inspection and they rearranged their schedule to squeeze me in (since I was coming from Santa Rosa on a rare day off work). These guys really know their BMW’s. The inspection was super thorough, covered all the common BMW & 5-Series specific areas of concern, and they were honest about the findings. Additionally, they offered to bring me back to visually see their discoveries. The items of concern were all listed as non-critical preventative maintenance, neglected/overdue maintenance, or future repairs that will need to be done eventually and provided crystal clear transparency on why items were listed. The PPI resulted in pushing me over the fence to pass on the car, since the neglected maintenance is something I don’t want to deal with. I would return to them in a heartbeat for future PPI’s or repairs!
